When searching for any type of job having a n Employment portfolio that represents you and your experience is detrimental. You want to make sure that the employment portfolio represents your employment and educational experience. One of the things that you need to remember is to keep it straightforward and to the point. Only add items that enhance your expertise to your potential employer. I have made a list of the itmes I chose to include n my Employment portfolio.
